Registration Process

  • If you are under 18, get approval from your parent or guardian.
  • Review WVC’s Master Timetable to choose your courses.
  • Get approval from your school Principal to register.
  • Complete the Student Enrolment Permission Form.
  • If registering for Grade 10 or higher, submit your transcript of marks or report card for verification (upload during registration or fax to 204-477-4314.
  • Provide documentation for any student-specific accommodations; these accommodations, such as a Student-Specific Plan (SSP), Health Care Plan or Adapted Education Plan. Accommodations must align with WVC’s current learning model and available staffing.   
  • Registration is not considered complete until required documents are received. 
  • Ensure daily access to a reliable device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) and internet to participate in online classes.
  • Students may take up to four courses per semester with one live course per period.
  • Please note: WVC’s Credit Recovery Program is currently on hold for the 2025–2026 school year due to limited staffing. In previous years, students were required to:
  • Provide transcripts confirming a prior attempt of the course and completion of any prerequisites.
  • Have earned a minimum of 35% in the previously attempted course to be eligible.
  • We will provide updates if the program becomes available again in future semesters.

Xello is an interactive online tool for career exploration and education planning. Students use it to research training options, explore potential careers, and build a personal portfolio. Wapaskwa Virtual Collegiate will provide login details once classes begin.
