FIPPA Consent Form

The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) provides that students 18 years of age and older will determine who will receive information about them and their studies.

Under this law, confidential student information cannot be provided to anyone other than the student unless the student has written consent. As mature learners at the Wapaskwa Virtual Collegiate, students are tasked with designating individuals who may be contacted concerning their educational progress and related matters.
